A new batch of WTEYA 4021 portable seawater desalination systems has completed factory acceptance testing at the Jingshan manufacturing base and left for clients in the United States, Greece, Colombia and Peru. The consignment covers four units spread across three continents, built on a single proven platform and dispatched in one production cycle.

One Batch, Four Destinations

Because all four orders use the same 4021 platform, a single production run serves buyers whose sites sit thousands of kilometres apart — from the Caribbean and Pacific coasts to the Aegean. Standardising on one model means membranes, spare cartridges and operating procedures stay identical wherever the machine is installed.

Each unit produces 4,021 gallons per day (about 15 m³/day) of fresh water, reaches a 99.5% salt rejection rate and holds product-water TDS below 200 ppm. The high-pressure reverse-osmosis stage is sized for seawater rather than brackish feed, so natural salinity swings between destinations do not change the core design.

Factory Acceptance Testing Before Dispatch

No unit leaves the plant untested. Every 4021 machine is assembled and then wet-tested on real seawater, with the team logging pressure, flow and TDS readings and confirming that the product water meets specification before the unit is released for packing.

Energy demand sits at 3 to 4 kWh per cubic metre of fresh water. That figure matters most where electricity is expensive, which is exactly the case across the Caribbean and southern Europe, and it keeps operating budgets predictable for the owners of these four systems.

Crating, Loading and Sea Freight

Each machine is bolted to a wooden base, wrapped against salt air and moisture, and packed together with spare cartridges and a commissioning manual. The units are then consolidated into containers for sea freight.

Because the four destinations sit on different shipping lanes, dispatch is staged rather than simultaneous. Standard production and delivery lead time runs 30 to 60 days from order confirmation, with export documentation prepared separately for each customs regime.
